Changed your mind
For orders placed on piper.now, return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email info@piper.now with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by you. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of the return reaching us. Opened peppercorn refills are food and can’t be returned. If you bought from a retailer, please return through them.
Arrived damaged, faulty or missing
If anything in your order arrives damaged, faulty or missing, or your grinder shows a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right free, including shipping. No registration needed. At our choice, we’ll send a replacement part, or repair or replace the item.
After 30 days: Piper Care
Register your grinder for Piper Care and its internal metal parts (shaft, spring, bearings and inner burr) are covered against manufacturing defects for 3 years from delivery. Registered owners also get replacement parts at member prices and priority support. Wooden and outer parts are covered in the first 30 days only. Damage from salt, oily or wet spices, water, dishwashers, heat, drops or misuse isn’t covered.
How to make a claim
Email info@piper.now or choose Piper Care on our contact form within 30 days of noticing the issue. Include your order number, a photo or short video, and your shipping address. We aim to reply within 2 business days. We may ask you to send back the faulty part.
Earlier orders and Kickstarter grinders
Grinders bought on piper.now or from a retailer before 14 October 2026 are covered for manufacturing defects in all parts until 31 January 2027. Register before then to keep Piper Care after that date. Kickstarter grinders aren’t covered by arrival cover or returns. Register by 13 December 2026 to receive Piper Care.
Gifts
Piper Care follows the grinder, so gift recipients can register in their own name. Refunds for returns go to the original buyer.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before your next billing date.
Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws where you live. Where those laws give you more, they apply.
