1. General Legal Information
PIPER LABS PTE. LTD. (“Piper”) maintains this website and its associated platforms (the “Websites”) for the convenience of its users. By accessing and using the information and/or materials downloaded from the Websites, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Piper reserves the right to update or amend these terms at its sole discretion. All changes will be posted on the Websites, and your continued use after such changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms of Use. You should, therefore, read these Terms of Use carefully each time you visit the Websites.
2. Use of Copyrighted Content
All editorial content, graphics, images, logos, sounds, and multimedia works on the Websites (the “Content”) are protected by proprietary rights, copyright, and other laws and/or international treaties, and are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by Piper, unless otherwise stated.
The Content shall not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, imitated, or otherwise distributed, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Piper.
Notwithstanding the above, permission is expressly granted by Piper to use the Content if:

3. Symbols and Marks
Piper’s corporate logo, trademarks, and branding (the “Marks”) are protected by law. Any unauthorized use of the Marks or representations closely resembling them are offences punishable under the law. Piper and/or its relevant proprietors will not hesitate to take action against any unauthorized usage of Piper’s name or Marks. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Piper.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
While Piper makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information and materials contained in the Websites are accurate, all Content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranty of any kind.

6. User Submissions (Product Listings)
By submitting content to the Websites, including but not limited to product listings, images, descriptions, or trademarks (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant Piper a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such Submissions for the purpose of providing our services.

Piper reserves the right and has absolute discretion to remove, screen, or edit without notice any Submissions posted or stored on the Websites.

7. Right of Access
Piper reserves all rights to deny or restrict access to the Websites to any particular person, or to block access from a particular Internet address to the Websites, at any time, without ascribing any reasons whatsoever. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Websites or impose an unreasonable load on Piper’s servers.

9. Governing Law
The Websites are operated by Piper from its offices within Singapore. By accessing these Websites, you agree that all access and use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You hereby agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
