An artisanal small batch specialty peppercorns naturally farmed in Kampot, Cambodia.
A duet of 50/50 black and red peppercorns — balanced in heat, bright in aroma. Hand-picked and sun-dried for depth; left to ripen red for fruit and sweetness.

Is Piper plastic-free?

Can you adjust the grind size?
Absolutely. Piper features 30+ precision grind settings, so you can fine-tune your texture from ultra-fine to extra coarse. Just twist the bottom dial to find your sweet spot — it’s total flavor control, engineered to perfection.
Can Piper be used for salt?
We get this question a lot. We designed Piper Oudo to be a high-performance pepper grinder. It features a steel burr, and salt corrodes steel. A salt grinder is in the works — sign up for the waitlist here!
Can I use any pepper in my Piper Oudo?
Technically… yeahh... but we're going to talk you out of it. That's a bit like using instant coffee grounds in an espresso machine: technically coffee, just not doing the machine justice. Piper Oudo is tuned to unlock what's in your peppercorns, and every pepper we sell has a tracked origin, curated and vetted by our team, not sourced sight-unseen from wherever was cheapest that month. How do I care for my Piper?
Keep it clean and dry. A quick wipe with a soft cloth is usually all you need. The Pepper Duster is perfect for giving your grinder a gentle clean whenever you like. Over time, the wood will develop a natural patina, a beautiful reminder of every grind and every meal shared.
