It’s nice! Different. I think maybe I had a preconception of what I was expecting and that’s why it didn’t hit me fully. It’s more like… tea smoke than wood smoke, to me. To be honest, I think I need a little bit more experimentation with it before forming a conclusion. As is, I’m pretty confident with the four stars.

Love that smoky taste. Unusual for a pepper. Prefer this as a fine grind. Trying it mixed with turmeric at the moment.

Piper maked an awesome pepper grinder and their pepper is first rate. Tried the Kiri Smoke today and its amazing.

Just the right amount of smoke… even my usually fussy partner likes it!
