I bought the Piper pepper mill because it's beautiful. I just want a household full of beautiful and functional things and this pepper mill really is that. We always get compliments on it.

What I didn't expect was to be blown away by the Debut blend of pepper. I always thought, pepper is pepper. I was SO wrong. It adds so much flavour to our day to day. We used one sachet and decided to buy another 4 boxes of the stuff. Game changer.

Also, the communication with Piper has been great. Lots of updates as to when our pepper mill would arrive. And now, checking in to make sure our pepper order arrived safely to us in Australia. I don't think we're going to be able to use regular pepper again. Highly recommended.

Love this peppercorn blend! Love my Piper Grinder too!!

It does feel weird to write a review about peppercorn. To be honest, once the blend was completely depleted, I switched back to regular pepper found at the groceries store.

Then it hit. The difference is night a day. My stale pepper wasn't really shining like the previous blend. The difference wasn't subtle. It was a game changer. Being from Canada, rates tend to be expensive but the team at Piper came through with a wonderful model for ordering.

This was my best purchase of 2025. From the amazing Pepper Mill to the product that goes in it, you feel the passion, love and craftsmanship. This is rare nowadays.

I've had Peugeot, Creuset and all other sorts of branded mills. This is the one I kept and that I display proudly on the counter.

I've also had an issue with a slightly defective Mill and dealing with Jeremy and the team was a breeze, pleasant and polite experience.

This is a phenomenal product all around from a wonderful team. A must buy.

OK, so I’ve loved pepper for over 50 years and have been a pepper grinder snob for at least 30 years. I was not able to stretch my budget to chase top equipment and corns myself, but enjoyed mooching off of others and indulging in intermittent fine dining opps. But holy cow, my Piper is a wonder to behold- sensuous, workhorse and functional art. THEN add Debut Blend and I feel like I’ve never really known the taste explosion of fresh cracked peppercorns and the WOW they interject into every food I add them too!! I am OBSESSED with Debut blend, hoarding the three packets I have left, and eagerly awaiting its return. I refuse to put anything else in my Piper! I’m done with (what I now know are stale) bulk organic peppercorns from the natural foods store. DEBUT Blend is DELICIOUS!!!

The peppercorns are so tasty, way more complex than the Costco brand we've been using previously. They're full of flavor,
a little spicy which is nice and are a mandatory addition to most of the food in our house. The quality just really doesn't compare to other pepper we've used in the past, definitely goes hand in hand with the Piper grinder! Definitely recommend!
